My goal in teaching is to stimulate students’ interest in subject matter and build their academic skills and confidence in themselves and the subject. I encourage students to both learn by instruction and learn by discovery. I have made substantial curriculum contributions, fostered a positive learning environment for my students, and grounded my decisions in educational research with constant self-evaluation.
Courses Taught as the Assistant Professor at Purdue University Fort Wayne:
During my tenure-track position at Purdue University Fort Wayne, I have taught ten different courses as follows ranging from sophomore to graduate levels since fall 2016. My teaching performance has been consistently improved. For the courses that I teach, I regularly review and update the course materials, handouts, practice questions, etc., and prepare real-life applications, case studies, and training on new software and techniques. My teaching evaluations have been above department and school averages.

When I was Fix-term instructor in the department of supply chain management, at Michigan State University, Eli broad Business School (Rank 1st in Supply Chain Management), I taught two different courses as follows:

During my Master studies at Iran University of Science and Technology, I was graduate teaching assistant for Operations Research course.
